Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any programme offered by Dt. Suruchi Sharma.
Due to the nature of the services provided, all fees paid for the Programme are non-refundable.
Once you have enrolled, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, pregnancy, illness, injury, travel, work commitments, or any other reason that prevents you from participating.
If you choose to pause, discontinue, or withdraw from the Programme before completion, you will not be entitled to a full or partial refund. Any outstanding payments under an agreed payment plan will remain due and payable according to the original payment schedule.
At our sole discretion, where appropriate, we may offer the option to pause or reschedule participation instead of providing a refund. Such accommodations are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
